Repair Manager - West Chester PA (20134479)

This integral management position is responsible for overseeing the production of the technical repair department within a CTDI facility including ensuring customer''s turnaround time expectations are consistently met. Specifically, responsibilities for this position include:

  • Oversee and supervise production and technical aspects of all activities within the repair department.
  • Supervise production, quality, performance, safety, and turnaround time in repair department.
  • Communicate with customers and various levels of management to resolve repair issues.
  • Manage reports, statistical analysis, and daily P&L tracking/reporting.
  • Train and support Section Heads/Supervisors in all areas of the branch as well as department procedures and expectations.
  • Accountability for employee''s productivity.
  • Counsel department employees on performance deficiencies when necessary and document all counseling appropriately.
  • Input of ideas for continual improvement of processes.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent leadership ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate employees.
  • Proactive problem solving ability and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Technical troubleshooting/repair background preferred.
Required Experience:
  • 5+ years of Supervisor of Management experience, preferably in a Repair operaion.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
  • Technical certification in Electronics preferred.
  • Good PC skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Knowledge of TL 9000 Quality Systems.
