10 years of experience with DoD spectrum management (preferred).
Knowledge of DoD and service specific spectrum regulatory processes.
Knowledge of national and international spectrum tables of allocations.
Practical demonstrated experience and knowledge of national, DoD spectrum certification, and frequency assignment processes.
Expert knowledge of spectrum management tools and databases and interference modeling and simulation tools (preferred).
Experience with spectrum reallocation and spectrum sharing.
Experience with spectrum monitoring and direction finding systems, capabilities and processes (preferred).Â
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Possess excellent data gathering, analytical, and client problem solving skills.
Training from one or more of the following schools: US Army Battlefield Spectrum Management (BSM) Course, DoD Inter-Service Radio Frequency Management School, US Army Joint Spectrum Manager (JSM) Course, or US Air Force Electromagnetic Spectrum Management Course.
Active Secret security clearance.
Bachelor of Science (BS)/Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree (preferred).
