How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm Doral, FL (Onsite) Full-Time
CB Est Salary: $60K - $100K/Year

A little bit about this role....

The Business Analyst will be responsible for performing business analysis, driving business solutions, and supporting the programs team.
A few of the responsibilities...
• Evaluating core KPIs and other performance metrics for trends and significant findings and reporting the findings to the stakeholders
• Refining KPIs based on business needs
• Review the methods by which we collect and store data and create systems to ensure data collection efforts are as efficient as possible
• Identify ways to streamline the creation and updating of reports more efficiently
• Identify ways to visualize data to help management drive actionable insights as clearly and simply as possible
• Working with department managers to evaluate the probable and root causes using data for specific issues
• Document operational workflow to ensure consistency and help maintain quality control
• Partner with department directors on various special projects, urgent issues, and other tasks as assigned

Education and Experience:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in business analysis activities
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong project management skills. Certification in this area is a plus.
• Technical competence in programs such as Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, and Microsoft Power is preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
