The Sr. Manager, Pricing Performance and Deal Protocol is Responsible for the management of team efforts to provide reporting, analytics, and insights into price performance across the organization.  Develops and implements reports and tools to track and monitor price concessions.  Manages the modeling and coordination of the annual AOP – Pricing Plan of Record.  Subject matter expert on PAMA and key support for data analytics, validation, and submission.  Works with Commercial, Clinical Franchises, Corporate and Regional Finance teams to provide better insights into business performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Manage the development and distribution of monthly reporting and provide insights on key drivers of performance for the following business areas:(key business partner to these areas)
Health Plans, Traditional Medicare / Medicaid, Clinical Franchises

-Coordinate efforts to develop tools and dashboards to assist with understanding variations in price.

-Manage the development and distribution of monthly Physician and Hospital price concession reporting.

-Manage the process and analytics to evaluate and track the annual impacts related to PAMA.  Lead the team responsible for the validation and submission of data in support of PAMA.

-Oversight and execution of the quarterly Service Contract Act (SCA) data submission and validation.

-Coordinate and manage efforts and modeling to develop the annual AOP - Pricing Plan of Record.

-Manage the development of HBOT and Physician pricing team performance/production metrics (i.e. volume, TAT, etc.) reporting.

-Build relations with key stakeholders in Commercial, Health Plan Finance, Clinical Franchises, Corporate and Regional Finance, and Revenue Recognition & Analytics.

-Special projects and ad hoc support.

-Manage a staff to achieve objectives.

-May perform other duties as assigned.

Supervision Exercised: 
One Sr. Financial Analyst grade 49, and one Financial Analyst – QFLDP grade 47

Qualifications:
-Education Preferred: BS in Accounting or Finance. MBA desirable
-Work Experience: 5-8 years’ experience in finance, accounting, sales/marketing and lab industry or related healthcare field with a focus on data analytics and reporting.
-3+ years in project management roles with demonstrated success
-Demonstrated knowledge of laboratory industry, payers, contracting, billing and pricing.
-Exceptional communication/interpersonal/presentation skills, ability to collaborate cross functionally and ability to convey insights at all levels.
-Demonstrated leadership skills.
-Demonstrated creative thinking, problem solving, and organization skills.-
-Ability to manage multiple priorities for multiple customers.
-Extensive knowledge of MS Access and Excel.
