Curriculum Developer to support CONUS -based support for Taiwan C2 and Tactical Data Link training

The Curriculum Developer shall advise the training Manger and Program Manager of the Syun An program and revise and deliver updates to existing training documentation ) to achieve Taiwan training requirements.
The Curriculum developer shall support the Training Manager in the assessment, evaluation, direction, and conduct of training in Taiwan. The Curriculum developer shall shall conduct OJT, train-the-trainer training, and Instructor Led training courses, including, but not limited to, those listed for Taiwan students. Train-the-trainer training, instructor training, and training courses (concept and fundamental courses, system specific courses, and team training courses) shall be performed in-person in Taiwan. The Curriculum Developer shall assist the Training Manager in developing and deliver Lessons Learned and Student Course Surveys (CDRL A046) and Training Course Completion Reports
The Contractor shall develop and deliver Training Conduct Support Documents (TCSD). TCSDs shall include Lesson Plans, Trainee Guide, OJT Handbook, Instructional Visual Aids, and Training Material Change Data to introduce the delivered capability to Taiwan.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS, 5+ years experience, US Navy training experience as MTS, course development and curriculum development

SECRET clearance is required
