The ideal candidate will have interest in:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be supporting the business activities of the General Manager and be able to initiate and complete projects with accuracy and within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  Someone who is proactive, organized and enjoys planning and anticipating the needs of the business and the General Manager would thrive in this role. 
Ideally, our preferred candidate will possess experience supporting leadership with a strong focus on value add customer service to internal and external clients.  Positive contributors are welcome!  You will be a customer service champion.  This opportunity is for an experienced assistant committed to meeting deadlines with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize and remain organized.  This person will maintain a high degree of accuracy and reliability.  We are seeking someone that can self-manage their scheduled deliverables to help meet our project demands with our General Manager. You will contribute to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination tasks in support of our leadership. 
Here is what you will be involved in:•Organize and coordinate the business activities of our General Manager including but not limited to: booking travel requests, preparing expense reports, working on various reports and documents, confirming next steps and responding to inquiries from leaders in the company, and keeping the outlook calendar up to date•Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and reserve and prepare facilities•Perform administrative tasks on behalf of the leader and leadership •Proactively look for ways to increase efficiency and provide support •File and retrieve documents and reference materials•Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents•Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications•Contribute to a high performing team atmosphere•Provide superior customer service when interacting with external clients•Monitor progress and coordinate special projects•Formatting GHD Word Documents and PowerPoint Presentations•Establishing and maintaining harmonious working relationships with superiors, co-workers and clients – effective collaborators are welcome
The successful candidate will have:
•Either a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, an Advanced Certificate in Administration, or equivalent demonstrated relevant experience in the role of Executive Assistant•10 plus years administrative support experience in a professional office environment with a focus on supporting an executive team and/or leaders in the company in a highly visible role•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe PDF Writer)•Professional attitude and positive work ethic•Ability to work with little supervision and achieve superior results•Strong attention to detail and accuracy•Ability to handle difficult situations and work well with multiple instructions and directions•Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet short deadlines•Self-motivated and willingness to work as a team in a fast-paced environment•Strong written and verbal communication required
