Position Overview
The Director of Finance holds the responsibility of overseeing the financial operations; including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives. Additionally, the Director of Finance is responsible for staying abreast of all applicable local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.

Essential Job Functions
• Oversee the business analytics and reporting department and the associated reports and applications
• Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly
• Issue timely and complete financial statements
• Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations
• Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics
• Assist in the production of the annual budget and forecasts
• Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
• Provide for a system of management cost reports
• Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
• Reporting building and modeling capabilities
• Assist in Monthly close process

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or similar field; healthcare industry highly preferred
• Must have 2 years’ experience in a managerial position
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel
