Who are we looking for?

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.

8+ years of finance experience.

  • Experience in building and leading a diversified team of professionals

  • Strong customer orientation and ability to coach, mentor and develop team members

  • Change agent, proven success leading through change

  • Experience in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

What will you be doing?

As CFO of the ES

Projects business

you will be in charge of monitoring the activities of the entire perimeter. This perimeter includes activities managed in all the regions

This position will directly report to the SWTS ES CFO.

The main objective of the position is to manage the financial performance of the different business lines by :

Managing the forecasting, budgeting and medium term plan process

*

Managing the monthly closing process in coordination with controllership and consolidation

*

Reviewing the significant projects and financial commitments

*

Ensuring and optimized cash position : cash collection, inventory level, Capex spending

*

Understanding the full profitability of the business from the top line to the net profit, with a specific focus on Revenue, EBITDA, fully loaded (SG&A) EBIT and financial and tax charges (direct, indirect and local), for your perimeter. Specific focus will be expected on the development and follow up of leading and lagging operational KPI's to explain the profitability

Managing the cost of the transversal functions under you perimeter; not only typical SG&A but also logistics. This will be done in close cooperation with the different functions leader within WTS

Ensuring full accountability of statutory and tax accounts for the entities in your perimeter

You will be partnering with the regional leadership teams to drive commercial intensity, including development and execution of growth strategies, metrics accountability and operating rhythms to grow the sale pipeline. You will evaluate sales proposals for new contract or renewed contracts, support negotiation for critical commercial deals. These reviews will cover the top line but also the profitability and cash generation of the contracts.

You will be driving the competitiveness of the BU by collaborating with different functions to champion margin expansion, including - inflation/deflation management, price evolution, product cost out and manufacturing, logistics and labor productivity.

You will be supported by the regional CFO's together with an FP&A manager. You will work in close cooperation with the central FP&A, accounting, treasury and tax departments to ensure compliance and contribute to the efficiency of these functions. Some of these functions being operated internally or outsourced (transactional finance, statutory accounting and taxes).

A specific focus will be requested on internal control compliance, transfer pricing, legal and tax restructuring, together with the cash management of your operations from credit rating to cash collection. You will be requested as well to propose an optimal capital structure for the business with the adequate level of investments (maintenance and development Capex)

Being part of a global finance team you will be requested to participate or lead some transversal projects or support major initiatives, sometimes outside of your direct perimeter.

You will be leading a team of finance professional that you will energize, develop and contribute to build a pipeline of talents while collaborating with the finance colleagues and supporting the business.
