Substation Department Manager
Substation Department Manager
Location: Remote
Salaries: $160k-$180k plus quarterly bonus, ESOP plan and 4 weeks of PTO
Our Client:
- Our client is a mid-sized consulting firm with around 320 members of staff. They have outstanding relationships with each of their clients and are well-known in the industry for their fantastic culture and flexible working environment. They have a great staff retention rate which is clear evidence of the people-driven culture within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute and execute the business's strategic plans.
- Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback to the team on project execution and delivery.
- Hands-on approach in building the firm's client relationships while also growing the Substation team based on project needs.
- Coordinate and lead employee appraisals, project assignments, and PTO approvals.
The successful candidate must have/show:
- 15-20 years of engineering experience (must have over 12 directly in Substations).
- PE License is a requirement.
- Previous Business Development experience is preferred.
- Strategic thinking and a mind for expanding current and new business relationships.
