The Project Manager will provide overall management and leadership for industrial construction projects in the power, automotive, and commercial industry across the Southeastern and Midwest states. This individual will be responsible for overseeing highly effective teams, and is directly responsible for overseeing the projects through completion.

Description

• Collaboratively work with customer and project team, to ensure that customer's needs and expectations are being met, while working within the confines of the project budget and schedule.
• Look for ways to enhance the processes and provide innovative solutions for betterment of the company.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures through performance standards within corporate policy
• Provide project leadership for establishing, implementing and full supporting a proactive project safety culture within the boundaries of corporate policy.
• Implement collaborative production planning techniques to ensure accountability of the Project Team members as it relates to the customer's requirements.
• Proactively manage projects to ensure uninterrupted work flow especially self-performance activities.
• Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent and Project Managers to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures

Profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent field
• Extensive knowledge of construction, design, and management
• Experience with industrial construction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Offer

• Base Salary between $70,000 - $110,000
• Per Diem and 15% bump in salary while traveling
