Openings on all shifts - all are full-time with outstanding benefits:

Day Shift - Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift

Swing Shift - Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. - 3-day weekend every week!

Weekend shift - Friday through Sunday, 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. - enjoy 4 days off every week!

Night Shift - 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. - Monday through Friday

Weekend Night Shift - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - 5:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. - enjoy 4 days off every week!

These positions are on site and not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Included, but not limited to:
  • Load and unload parts for machining up to 40 pounds.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance.
  • Read and interpret manufacturing prints.
  • Possess efficient math skills and basic understanding of geometric tolerance.
  • Check parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, pins, indicators and bore gauges.
  • CNC setup and operation; tech tools, load programs and set/adjust work/tool offsets accordingly. Haas, Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma controls.
  • Inspect machined parts following 1st Part and in process inspection protocol.
  • Must have CNC 3 & 4 axis machining experience. 5 axis is a plus.
  • Able to change fixtures, replace tool changes and manage tool libraries.
  • Machining and holding tolerances of +/- .0005".

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple task simultaneous.
  • Experienced with multiple metrology tools for measuring and recording part dimensions.

Salary Description

$19 to $34 per hour DOE
