Spherion, in partnership with American Family Insurance, is currently recruiting for a Human Resource Specialst to work in a supportive role for the Recruiting team. This is a temporary assignment with a 6 month plus duration. Remote work will not be an option.

-Interview Scheduling
-Expense Reimbursement Processing
-Resume Pre-Screening
-Phone Screening of Candidates
-Posting to Job Boards
-Career Fair Supply Administration
-Maintaining Supplies
Career Fair Organization

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Ability to type 40wpm
-Ability to manuever thru dual screens
-Over the Phone Customer Service Experience
-Team Player


1-4 years

-Administrative Experience in a Human Resource Setting

-Looking for an individual to represent the company brand as the first initial point of contact to candidates. An individual with a passion for the staffing industry!
