Administrative

• Fully comply with client work schedule
• Understand client’s expectations and deliverables
• Interface with all on-site departments, as required
• Adhere to Onpoint’s home office reporting requirements as per policy

Technical

• Documenting and communicating minutes / activities from various meetings as requested
• Typing, data entry, and maintaining files, records, etc. as so directed
• Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook experience
• SAP knowledge preferred
• Generation and retention of printed material / documentation (such as vendor work books, orientation materials, Execution Plan, drawings, copies, etc.).
• Provide word processing and data entry skills in support of work process definitions, job plan definition, schedule inputs / updates, etc., as requested.
• Maintain and log all Scope Change Requests (Job Change Orders) as requested
• Maintain and log all MOCs as requested
• Ensure appropriate documentation retention requirements are defined and implemented
• Answer phone, take messages, and relate messages to appropriate persons as required
• Perform additional clerical duties as so directed

Assignment Specific:
