Accountemps is looking to add a Human Resources Generalist to support our client's growing Human Resources (HR) division in the Healthcare industry, reporting directly to the HR Director. This Human Resources Generalist will be performing a wide range of human resource duties where you'll handle new full-time onboarding and orientation, processing payroll, assist with employee relations, and provide administrative support across a multitude of projects. This is a long-term, temporary role in Boise: 50% in-person/ on-premises, 50% telecommuting/ remote. Responsibilities for this Accountemps position: Provides administrative support to the HR team In-house payroll processing utilizing ADP Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, such as collection of employee feedback Assist the Managing Director, Human Resources with human resource projects Assists and responds to human resources-related inquiries Coordinates and conducts new full-time orientation meetings Provides guidance and support regarding company policies and HR laws and regulations Performs other related duties as required and assigned If this Accountemps role is something which speaks to you and your experience, please call Mel Linnemeyer at
3+ years of Human Resources (HR) experience. Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Payroll Systems, and Timekeeping systems (ex: ADP). High ethical integrity and ability to keep information confidential is required. Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically in: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
