A leading North American equipment provider is seeking a Parts Department Manager in Upper Marlboro. The candidate will lead staff in the areas of accuracy, customer service excellence, customer service resolution, with a high level urgency. Sourcing and procuring parts and attachments in the Heavy Equipment industry will also be required. Proactive customer contact, telemarketing and up-selling to increase parts sales are required for the role. Candidates will have knowledge of electronic transactions, processing of returns and credits, approval of freight and parts’ invoices, facilitating processing of parts orders, shipping and receiving and physical inventory cycle counts.
$65,000 - $80,000/year, plus a yearly bonus. Some flexibility exists for experienced Parts Managers. Also included are medical, vision, dental and drug coverage. Employer contributing pension plan also in effect plus a 401K and a company profit sharing program. Shift:
