You will design and develop new ideas and solutions for new product development as well as current products modification and improvements based on in-service issues and market strategy. You are responsible for design and implementation of mechanical parts, subassemblies and product improvements

YOU MUST HAVE

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering

  • • Ability and willingness to obtain EIT

  • • Steel design – AISI and AISC specs and standards
  • Bolted and welded connections
  • Anchor bolt design to existing concrete
  • Concrete slab on grade and elevated slabs (1 way, 2 way and composite)
  • International Building Code / ASCE 7-16
  • Seismic Lateral force
  • Frame and Truss Analysis (classic or computer methods)
  • 2D and 3D structural analysis
  • 3D AutoCAD, StaadPro, Tekla
  • Creating and maintaining computational spreadsheet
