Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW:

Inspector/Packers will support the manufacture of high value / high speed pouches, working closely with other integrated positions and departments, while maintaining the highest level of safety and quality.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

12 Hour Straight Days or Nights, 2-2-3 Shift running from 6-6.

Work just 3 or 4 days a week and shift schedules provided a whole calendar year in advance! Enjoy a three day weekend every other weekend!

WHAT YOU GET TO DO AS AN INSPECTOR/PACKER:

* Inspect and package finished product in a high-speed operation
* Responsible for safety of yourself and others around you
* Ensuring quality of the product being manufactured
* Maintaining high awareness to waste and productivity standards
* Training of other employees in the position
* Maintain housekeeping for assigned area
* Assist operator when needed on the machine

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:

* Prior packaging experience preferred, but not required
* Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
* Work safely in a progressive manufacturing environment
* Ability to read a ruler to mm or 1/32"
* Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings
* Basic computer skills
* Intermediate math skills
* Good visual acuity for inspection of product
* Able to lift 50 lbs.
* Ability to communicate and work effectively as a team member
