Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drawing and Documentation Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of our extensive drawing archive for data center cooling solutions, ensuring all documents are current and accurately reflect any updates or changes.
- Process and Change Oversight: Lead the process for implementing drawing revisions and changes through our Engineering Change Order (ECO) system, ensuring all modifications are executed smoothly and efficiently in coordination with the production team.
- Specification Review and Compliance: Partner with customer teams to analyze new and modified specifications, conducting thorough assessments to comply, deviate, or except (CDE), and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Project Coordination and Deliverables: Manage comprehensive submittal packages for each product, providing all required deliverables to site general contractors and customer teams for each project deployment.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is required.
- Professional Experience: 0-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. Experience with welded steel fabrication, mechanical piping, and electrical wiring schematics is advantageous.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design software such as SolidWorks or Autodesk are highly desirable.
- Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Availability Requirements: Must be able to work on-site, maintain punctual attendance, be available for overtime as needed, and occasionally travel (less than 20%).
