Ambulatory Care Service Supervisor primary responsibilities are, but not limited to, supervising, supporting, and covering assigned activities as they relate to the Ambulatory Care Service Representatives and Ambulatory Care Packing personnel.
Supervise the flow of daily clean return via Ambulatory Care Pack Staff, ensure all pack out needs are met for next day deliveries. Communicate with Ambulatory Care Service Manager of any issues, concerns, or shortages. Supply coverage for any staffing shortages. Monitor, track, and document job performance through periodic evaluations and communicate results with the Manager.
Supervise and support Ambulatory Care Service Representatives and Pack Staff to ensure site logistical needs are met. Communication with Service Reps is at the highest level. Visually and/or verbally ensure all Service Reps responsibilities are met daily through proper and positive communication. Monitor, Track, and Document job performance through route ride along reports. Train new Service Reps and support retraining of existing Service Reps. Supply coverage to assigned route base in the event a Service Rep is unable to service their assigned route.
Ambulatory Care Professional Development
Hire, Train, Support Ambulatory Care personnel to grow in accordance with HCSC Ambulatory Care Mission, Vision, and Values. Conduct scheduled ride alongs to evaluate professional capabilities.
Actively participate in outlining, supporting, and communicating sales leads to Ambulatory Care Director and Sales Force. Manage Ambulatory Care personnel to properly report new account leads through the Ambulatory Care sales lead process. Availability to support sales personnel on sales calls.
Daily Paperwork Reporting Supervision
Supervise each assigned Service Representatives daily to ensure proper paperwork protocol is being followed and the paperwork is accurate and complete. Follow up with assigned staff daily to answer any questions or address any issues discovered.
Customer Visitation (Supervisor)
Pro-actively visit assigned customers through a monthly visitation schedule. Track visits, update communications, follow up and report on issues, concerns, or comments retrieved from visits to the Service Manager on a weekly basis.
Supervise, support, and track all aspects of the KPI Incentive program criteria throughout the fiscal year. Conduct regular communication with all assigned Service Representatives as to the results.
Fleet Management Assistance
Assist in Supervising the truck fleet and fuel reports to ensure effective and efficient maintenance schedules. Ensure proper communication with Ryder through VCR's completed by Service Representatives.
Accounts Receivable Review
Assist in reviewing and communicating with Service Representatives to help communicate with customer base.
Policy, Procedures, Mission, Vision, and Values
Act and manage in accordance with all HCSC policies and procedures. Conduct his/her self in line with HCSC's Mission, Vision, and Values.
