Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Business Development Executive

A leading Microsoft Gold Partner, is actively looking for top sales talent in the Central Region. Preference is for the candidate to be located in Chicago, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, or Cleveland. Candidates must possess a hunter mentality with a track record of success selling Dynamics AX or other ERP Solutions. Annual quota achievement in the $3 million dollar range is expected. We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with superior sales experience and demonstrated results. The ideal candidate has experience selling Dynamics AX software (or other Mid-market to Enterprise level ERP Solutions), professional or business management services, or customized software development services. A solid understanding of conceptual selling and the sale of services as well and software products would be the ideal fit for this role.

Roles
*Responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales projects and prospects
*Lead sales activities from initial prospecting and opportunity identification, to sales closure
*Generate business opportunities through professional, and dedicated prospecting.
*Present a realistic and well-controlled forecast based on continuous pipeline generation and management
*Maintain a solid knowledge of the company's solutions, and supporting services
*Define, present, and execute sales/business plans to achieve quarterly sales/business objective

Requirements
*Proven sales hunter and closer
*3+ years' experience in ERP software sales
*5+ years' experience in Information Technology Sales.
*Proven track record in generating leads and closing sales in the mid-market
*Existing book of business a plus
*Self-motivating, independent, and charismatic person
*Demonstrated ability to articulate business value and vision to sell enterprise software solutions
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This position is expected to have up to 40% travel.

Candidates who have sales experience with Dynamics ERP (AX,NAV,GP), CRM, NetSuite, SAP or similar ERP/CRM solutions are strongly encouraged to apply!
