Candidates must meet minimum requirements for Personal Computer hardware and software and must have broadband internet, a headset is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Critical thinking and sound judgment required
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency with computers and data entry into electronic tracking systems
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Fluency in second or multiple languages a plus (Spanish)
The call center will operate 7 days a week between the hours of 8am8am and 8pm8pm Central Standard Time. Evening and/or weekend work may be required. 40 hours a week**
