In this leadership role reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will lend your experience in digital marketing to help accelerate the growth of our Direct to Consumer sales channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day management of digital agency, aligning activities with business goals and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of creative assets, content and reports.
  • Manage and prioritize projects across SEO, SEM, Social, Display, Affiliate, Email and other digital marketing programs. Create project plans, assign tasks and manage timelines.
  • Coordinate efforts between internal team and digital agency to maximize process efficiency.
  • Drive A/B testing and optimization across media campaigns. Partner with internal teams and digital agency to create testing plans and roadmaps, monitor performance and prepare analysis and recommendations for future tests.
  • Assess digital marketing vendors and services that can help improve conversion rates. Negotiate agreements and lead vendor onboarding.
  • Play a key role in developing email, SMS and other automated communications along the customer journey, collaborating with Branding/Creative, Email and DTC teams.
  • Track monthly digital marketing spending and work with Analytics and Finance/Accounting to forecast and reconcile budgets.
  • Prepare campaign reports for DTC team and senior management.
  • Assist with other digital marketing and content publishing tasks as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in online marketing, with 4+ years in lead gen and/or eCommerce.
  • Hands-on experience executing SEM, SEO, display, affiliate marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Technical proficiency, including experience working with development teams to identify project requirements and user stories. Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA and Visio.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or Hubspot.
  • Strong project planning skills. Familiarity with platforms such as Workfront, Monday or Basecamp.
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns through A/B testing and multivariate testing.
  • Previous budget management responsibility
  • Experience in a supervisory role, and/or in managing cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting proposals to executives and external clients.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint)
  • Experience in content management systems, such as Liferay or WordPress.
  • Basic HTML, CSS and photo editing skills.
  • High comfort level using Microsoft Teams, Slack or similar programs for team communication.
