Are you a seasoned Estimator eager to take on large-scale commercial construction projects with a reputable General Contractor? We're looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join one of our top clients and help drive their continued success in the industry.
Commercial Construction Estimator Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to manage project profit and loss, providing accurate margin projections.
- Experience handling estimates for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills with clients, architects, and design teams.
- Expertise in tracking, pricing, and negotiating cost changes.
