Commercial Construction Estimator Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects.
• A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to manage project profit and loss, providing accurate margin projections.
• Experience handling estimates for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration skills with clients, architects, and design teams.
• Expertise in tracking, pricing, and negotiating cost changes.
