IT Project Manager

Global Food Manufacturer seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to support Technology projects and to drive our IT projects to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, ERP systems, Vendor Management & data and analytics.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and oversee IT Programs/projects from conception to completion.
   
2. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
   
3. Lead the maintenance of ERP systems to streamline operations.
   
4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure ERP functionalities meet business needs.
   
5. Provide training and support to staff on ERP usage and best practices.
   
6. Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support decision-making processes.
   
7. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
   
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals.
   
9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
   
10. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
    

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
   
2. Proven experience in IT management, project management, and ERP systems. (SAGE X3 preferred)
   
3. Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies.
   
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
   
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
