KI has an opening for a Regional Installation Manager in its KI Services Division. This position can be based out of North Carolina including the Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham or Winston-Salem area.

Responsibilities will be to identify, manage and coordinate installation projects. You will manage and train installation supervisors, project managers and vendors to ensure projects are completed within proper guidelines. You will also be responsible for quoting installations, negotiating competitive bids, confirming production of products, scheduling delivery and installation dates and communicating project information to various individuals.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of project management experience and previous experience with modular furniture installations.

The minimum pay for this position is $77,000. Compensation packages are based on a variety of factors such as your skillset, years of experience, education/certifications and geographic location.
