BRANCH MANAGER
DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:

To operate an efficient, profitable branch in accordance with the projections, policies and procedures developed by the Professional Services Management Team. Branch Manager will work with an annual budget in assuming fiscal responsibility for branch?s Profit & Loss control.

Branch Managers assume the multi-faceted role of driving service and sales initiatives to increase branch profitability while maintaining existing business. Manage the activity and effectiveness of the BDM and Recruitment staff relative to service priorities and business opportunities. Actively maintain an awareness of client needs and implement action plans to meet current and future customer satisfaction. Work overtime and non-traditional business hours when needed.

Key Responsibilities
•Active involvement in meeting all position requirements
•Accountability for all branch activity
•Ensure all staff meet and exceeds all branch productivity requirements
•Meet and exceed personal productivity requirements
•Complete understanding of all aspects of branch operations
•Effectively recruit, interview and hire branch personnel in accordance with hiring
process
•Maintain adequate staff in branch at all times, keeping a pool of candidate
applicants available
•Maintain accurate attendance records
•Ensure New Hire and Payroll Status change forms for staff are completed timely as
appropriate
•Review performance with staff weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
•Responsible for ongoing training and development of all team members
•Continuously identify and develop potential management amongst branch staff
•Provide counseling in accordance with Performance Management Guidelines
•Develop and maintain a sales cycle to promote new and existing client development
Maintain a proactive recruiting campaign for qualified candidates
•Provide effective leadership and direction to all team members
•Respond to request, ideas, suggestions and grievances of team members
•Support all business needs of branch staff to ensure success
•Comply with all reporting requirements and company campaigns/directives
•Comply with all Company policies and procedures
•Maintain branch quality control
•Responsible for control of P&L expenses
•Join community based organizations and/or industry associations

Skills/Qualifications
•One year related management experience or completion of in-house leadership
training program
•Minimum 5 years prior business experience
•No more than 3 jobs (3 companies) in past 5 years
•Paid on a commission basis in a prior position
•Strong leadership skills
•Must possess strong interpersonal skill
•Positive outlook and enthusiastic
•Minimum 2 years sales/customer service experience
•Ability to build a team
•Excellent verbal/written skills
•Excellent organizational skills
•Multi-task
•Trustworthy
•Detail-oriented
•Self-starter
•Basic computer skills
