Our client is looking for a Human Resources Associate to join their team!


Human Resources Assistant

Location: Mid-town

Type: Permanent

Pay: $52,000- $62,000 DOE

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day recruitment for home health aid positions
  • First point of contact during the onboarding process
  • File I-9 and offer letters, update employee files as needed and data entry
  • Managing postings on job boards and within HRIS (Workday)
  • Ensured job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with management to ensure all documentation is completed prior to start date
  • Follow all policies regarding job requirements
  • Other administrative duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of human resources experience
  • At least one year of experience in the Healthcare Industry (specifically supporting home health aides)
  • Bachelor’s preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to stay organized while managing a high-volume requisition load
  • Drive, tenacity, flexibility, and confidence are keys to success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) *
