Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Sharepoint Designer for a contract position in Cincinnati, OH. Opportunity will be two months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Collaborates with the IT Risk Management process owners to implement responsive front end for an existing share point application
- Independently worked on design and deliver the requirements on time
- Ensures that graphics and programming aspects follow the tenets of human user interface aspects and also in line with the principles of brand identity
- Collaborates with IT Risk Management team to finalize intuitive design, resolve design tradeoffs and user flow issues.
- Manage aspects of overall experience such as visual design (graphics, colors, buttons etc.), sitemap etc.
- Engages with IT Risk Management team early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers' business problem/goals
- Prepares conceptual prototypes of sites/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to mockups, wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal reviews
- Should be aware of basic information security awareness protocols, software security in the SDLC lifecycle, and OWASP Top 10 concepts
- Configure IT Risk Management SharePoint and associated pages with similar functionalities, look and feel as
- IT Asset Management
- IT Continuity site
- Integrate with relevant O365 tools (i.e. integrate MS Teams support account where end user can click a link on SharePoint site and it opens up MS Teams support icon chat window)
- Create a page where folks can subscribe to receive updates notifications.
- The templates should be configurable/can be easily updated by a company share point site owner.
- Create user guide to update share point templates
- Need to improve look and feel of IT Risk Management share point site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Design, Engineering or related field
- Knowledgeable on share point site design
