Job Description

We are currently seeking Manufacturing Associates for a temp to hire position with our client’s team of experienced professionals located in Piedmont, SC.
The primary role of this position is to operate a manufacturing machine and meet operating standards. .

Primary Responsibilities
• Trainability in core functions as determined by supervisor and management.
• Cross-function mentality and trainability as determined by management.
• Follow instructions set by supervisor for the operation currently performing.
• Meet manufacturing standards set for the job performing.
• Report to supervisor concerns or deviations from standards.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide continuous feed-back to company.
• Other customary duties as assigned by management.Must be able to work to required production standards.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Mentality of continuous improvement in self, product, and company interests with business attitude.
• Requires workers to stand for long periods as well as perform frequent bending & twisting motion.
• Ability to lift up 50 lbs.
• Basic competency in reading, writing and arithmetic skills; reasoning, problem solving and self-sustainability.
• Dependability in attendance at work
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to communicate with written and verbal skills.
• Must be able to read and write and use basic math.

Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or GED
