As a Customer Service reps you will be support customers that are filing their 2290 Tax Form. The support you will provide is more focused on the process of how to file the tax form, you will not be providing support on how to file / what to put on the form. Types of questions from the customer may be:
What kind of form do I need to fill out? Where do I go to get "X" form? I never received a receipt...
You will be working between 2 screen and different programs while on the phone to help the customer through the call.
Work Environment: HOURS, 2 shifts
- Mon - Fri, 7a - 3:30p (2)
- Mon - Fri, 9:30a - 6p (2)
**1st week (6/17-6/19, training hours will be 8a - 4:30p). Then on 6/20 they switch to their regular schedule.
The environment is a standard call center type of environment with high cubical walls. It is a fast paced environment.
The dress code is business casual Monday - Thursday, jeans accepted on Friday.
Qualifications: 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center, administrative support role, inside sales, or retail setting OR
Associate or Bachelors Degree with a desire to work in a customer service role
Technologically savvy - daily they're using a smart phone with applications, personal use for computers, and/or experience using computers in an office and/or call center
- Previous experience in a call center setting
