We have an immediate opening for an Japanese bilingual executive assistant to our Executive team in the Reynoldsburg, Ohio office. Please review the position summary and if qualified you will be contacted.
Position Summary: 
Provides administrative project and executive support to the President and other executives.
Oversees and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the office, and serves as the principle point of administrative contact and liaison with internal and external contacts.
Provides confidential support and performs under limited supervision.
Performs administrative and secretarial objectives and policies. 
Provides interpreting assistance both verbally and written.
Assists Human Resources department with special projects and overflow tasks.
Bilingual in Japanese
5 years of secretarial, clerical experience, including one year of office management and/or supervisory experience. 
Must be self-motivated and have strong organizational and analytical skills. 
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer knowledge, especially MS Office suite. 
Ability to travel up to 10% of time
Primary Position responsibilities:
Arrange, organize, and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the President and others as requested. 
Initiate video and phone conferencing. 
Prepare agenda/handouts for meetings as needed. 
Arrange for catering as needed.
Review invoices and perform other tasks related to department budget.
Respond appropriately to all incoming calls.
Interpret meetings and conversations for the executives and other associates. 
Translate business and personal documents for executives and other departments.
Perform routine and special administrative tasks for management personnel
Independently prepare draft reports and other documentation; maintain records and files regarding department administrative activities.
Research, compile and analyze project-related data
Perform clerical duties related to department activities such as typing, filing and distributing mail. 
Recommend organization or procedural changes affecting clerical activities.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers
