We are currently seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to work on a temporary to permanent basis with one of our clients located in Hanover, MD. The pay rate for the position is based upon experience but could range between $15-$19/hour. This position offers a tremendous opportunity for growth and does include an excellent benefits package. Job responsibilities: Answer the phone, greet visitors, answer inquiries Communicate with vendors to obtain ship dates, get tracking numbers on shipments Maintaining invoices, coordinating ship dates on orders Assisting the Manager with projects Job qualifications: Must have at least 2 years of Administrative support experience Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Please apply online if you are interested in immediate consideration!
