RLE International has several openings for Commodity Reps. located in our Dearborn Engineering Center.

Responsibilities include identification of required parts for each commodity, daily contact with dealerships for exploded views/part lists/part availability/delivery promise dates/alternate dealership ordering;  Also, creation of Purchase requests, transmission of Purchase Orders to dealerships, daily tracking of inventory status and shipments, transfer of written documentation (i.e. e-mails, part lists, etc.) into record keeping system  (shared drive folders, inventory system, etc.), verifying that parts received meet customer’s expectations ensuring Parts Tracking List analyst and Inventory Analyst are informed of all components and their status.
