Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Coordinator/ Jr Engineer, preferably with experience with Medical Devices/ other regulated industries.  

Duties:  
  • Aid in process integration and support for complaint activities. 
  • Communicate with sales representatives and customers to gather information on reported customer complaints. 
  • Investigate customer complaints to determine the nature, scope, results and root cause of a reported product failure. 
  • Maintains systems to track, manage, and report product-associated events. 
  • Ensure that complaint regulatory reporting and investigations are timely, accurate and compliant to regulatory requirements. 
  • Support external and internal audit of post market surveillance activities. 
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to improve product quality, customer satisfaction and internal quality processes.
