Pro Staff is hiring a mid-level Customer Service Representative to work at a medical device company in Bloomington! In this role, you will use your strong customer service skills to manage and support the day-to-day operations of sales representatives and other internal departments in order to process new orders for your customers. If you enjoy handling a high volume of activity and are experienced in problem resolution, order entry, and overall customer service, this may be the position for you!
This is a temporary position, with the potential to go longer and even be hired on permanently. The hours of this position are Monday – Friday, working an 8-hour shift between 7am – 7pm. The pay rate for this position is $18 per hour.
Key Responsibilities include:
Providing service to the sales team and customers through phone calls, email, and faxes
Receiving orders via phone and email
Entering orders and processing inventory returns into an ERP system
Review inventory counts and allocate resources as needed to fulfill all customer orders
Update addresses, contacts, etc. for customer files
Ability to perform detail-oriented transactions within department deadlines
Processing complaints and service issues according to company procedures
Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of high-level Customer Service experience required
Order entry experience into ERP system(s) preferred
Strong written and verbal communication, planning and organizational skills
Ability to demonstrate a high-level of professionalism over the phone and accuracy
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience within a medical device industry is highly preferred
