The Financial Systems Analyst is part of the Business Unit Support team. The scope of the role includes providing financial systems support to the Finance and Accounting user community within BBU. The associate will play an integral role in executing IT strategy, managing projects and analyzing data analysis within Finance and Accounting. In addition, the position will include acting as the liaison with in-house and external IT resources as well as liaising with Operations personnel.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred emphasis Accounting, Finance, Business, or Computer Science)
3-5 years of experience with Oracle and Hyperion applications.
3-5 years of experience evaluating systems and process controls.
Advanced MS Excel skills required along with a solid working knowledge of Oracle applications and some exposure working with Data Warehouse / Big Data.
Project Management skills to include but not limited to experience initiating, running and documenting financial systems specification, workflows and interfaces
Ability to understand objectives of work assigned in order to revise/adjust workload to address and prioritize immediate needs.
Solid understanding of transaction processing including but not limited to Supply Chain.
