We are partnering with a Luxury New Home Development based out of the Wimauma, FL area who is looking to add a Front Desk Admin to work the weekend shifts! This position would be a long-term contact to work every Saturday & Sunday. Real estate, leasing or property management industry experience is preferred!

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Professional, positive personality & client facing 
  • Ability to take initiative and stay engaged during work hours
  • Data Entry skills
  • Team player, willing to help as needed
Job Description:
  • Greet incoming customers looking to view model homes
  • Notify sales agents if a customer has arrived
  • Answer general inquiries about the development over the phone & in person
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative duties
  • Assist with reports and tracking data for sales team
  • Communicating with vendors and management team with high level of professionalism
Other Information:
  • This is a long-term contract opportunity (24+ months)
  • The hours are 9am - 5pm Saturdays & Sundays (in office)
  • The pay rate is $17 - $18/hr
