What you will be doing:
  • The Associate Chief Financial Officer implements financial policies and procedures and other internal controls to provide for the control and safeguard of hospital assets;
  • Establishes and maintains appropriate accounting system to provide complete, timely, and accurate financial information
  • Provides financial analysis of operations to identify areas for cost reduction, improved cash flow, and revenue enhancement;
  • This position will be involved in all aspects of operations and will work closely with CFO.
What you must have:
  • Bachelor's degree Required
  • Must have a minimum of five years' experience in acute care hospital finances within an organization similar in size and scope of services.
  • Must demonstrate having excellent analytical skills and experience with MOR, Productivity management, and overall knowledge of finance functions.
