Job Description - Assistant Professor - West TN Family Practice, Memphis (22000001SR)

The University of Tennessee-Saint Francis Family Medicine Residency Program in Memphis is seeking a Family Physician to join their faculty. This is a full-time, non-tenure track position.

Duties:

  1. Teaching
  2. Patient care
  3. Resident advising
  4. Curriculum development and evaluation
  5. Research/scholarly activity
  6. Community service

Additional fellowship training (Addiction Medicine or OB) is highly desired. The successful candidate will join a team of dynamic faculty, practice the full spectrum of Family Medicine, and train a great group of students, residents, and fellows.

Qualifications:

Qualified applicants should hold an MD/DO degree, be board certified in Family Medicine, and be eligible/hold an unrestricted TN medical license. Applicants should have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and equal opportunity. Academic rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience.
