Inside Sales Representative

We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. • Field inquiries about new and used cars, vehicle performance, and purchasing processes to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Arrange test drives, demos, and other presentations to showcase vehicle features and impress potential buyers professionally.
• Welcome customers to the showroom floor with professionalism and offer assistance to support auto sales.
• Uphold customer satisfaction standards throughout the sales negotiation process to honor dealership policies.
• Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround.
• Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities.
• Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met.
• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication.
• Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team.

• Sales experience in a showroom or auto dealership setting preferred.
• Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process.
• Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma or GED is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car.
• Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field.
