Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects in healthcare, science and technology, mission-critical, and educational sectors, alongside water/wastewater and infrastructure systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of electrical systems for a range of projects, including power distribution, emergency systems, lighting, and controls.
  • Develop and review engineering calculations, technical drawings, and specifications to meet industry standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to define project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and oversight for junior engineers and project teams.
  • Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and ensure the successful integration of designs.
  • Stay informed of advancements in electrical engineering and incorporate innovative solutions into project delivery.
  • Support business development efforts by preparing technical proposals, participating in client meetings, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, with expertise in one or more of the following sectors: healthcare, mission-critical, science and technology, or education.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within one year.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETAP.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and other relevant codes and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
