Job Description

ECS is seeking a Deskside Support Technician to work in our Denver, CO office.

Job Description:
This position supports the user community in Denver, CO. Employees must be skilled technicians with knowledge to support a variety of technologies and software. They are expected to have exceptional customer service skills with excellent technical knowledge of the EPA architecture.

Required Skills:

  • 5 years experience in a service desk role supporting end user problems; troubleshooting and resolving all aspects of computer hardware and software.
  • 5 years experience with the Windows operating system, Microsoft Office suite, tablets, and iPhones.

Desired Skills:

  • COMP TIA A+ Certification and/or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
