Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator will provide a high level of administrative support. The individual will assist the team by reviewing administrative activities, providing management with administrative support to coordinate, resolve moderately complex issues, and confidential matters, as directed.
 
Job Essentials:

- Manage customer accounts, provide status updates, and update customer records in database.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, printing, binding and filing.
- Perform a variety of administrative support duties (e.g., managing and maintaining schedules; coordinating and responding to phone and e-mail meeting inquiries, scheduling appointments and conference rooms, setting up for meetings and assisting with agenda preparation).
- Maintain both the integrity and confidentiality of all department data, research and analysis.
- Perform general office duties by purchasing supplies and equipment as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST!
2+ years of experience in an Administrative/Clerical role AND/OR Customer Service.
Strong customer service and account management kills.
Event coordinating is a PLUS.
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work without direct supervision, work on multiple projects at once, establish work priorities, and manage time to meet deadlines and goals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Able to take direction and take initiative with their work.
Attention to detail is very important.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Able to handle confidential material in a professional manner.
