We are looking to grow the future of our organization and are in search of a District Manager in Training to join our team. This is an opportunity where you will be collaborating with various departments, such as Training, Audit, and Operations to expedite your way into a District Manager role for the Company.
What A Typical Day Looks Like for You:
Obtain a deep understanding of branch operations that includes taking applications, taking payments, and completing collection calls, with hands-on training.
Partner with leaders of the Company to gain insight of the various positions in the field operations of the Company.
Successfully complete coaching visits; provide feedback to the branch.
Supervisor in Training may be required to spend time in a relief assignment.
Successfully complete classroom training provided by the Company.
Efficiently complete all assigned online training courses.

Knowledge and proficiency in operations, including 3 or more years of multi-unit management experience.
The ability to relocate based on operational need.
Maintained a valid state driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for business use.
The ability to travel 90% of the time.
The capability to conduct training workshops, lead discussions, and stimulate individuals and groups in a learning process.
