Goodwin seeks a highly qualified Science Advisor to join our Intellectual Property Litigation group. Candidate will contribute to the firm's work in patent litigation, due diligence, and proceedings in front of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board by analyzing technological and scientific material including prior art literature and technical data, identifying and working with expert witnesses, and assisting attorneys with technical aspects of patent litigation. Candidates applying for this position should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong academic credentials and have an M.D. or Ph.D. in one or more of the following areas: biology, chemistry, molecular biophysics, or a related field. Compensation includes a 6-figure starting salary with billable hour-based bonus eligibility as well as medical, dental, and vision.
