Call Kelly Services today at Phone number blocked - click to apply SALES ADMINISTRATOR To assist the Sales Management Team in providing comprehensive administration support to the Sales division. This includes helping the VP of Sales and other members with managing their daily routine of Customer accounts, Value Chain database, projects and general administration. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Product Pricing & Maintenance - To support the Sales Team in managing the efficiency daily with the process of completing and maintaining the database with the current and accurate customer account and pricing information. - Process & administer all new and existing customer pricing following the correct company procedure as directed by the Sales Team. - Deal with day-to-day customer pricing issues from the Sales Team, which would involve price approval and unauthorized pricing. - Manage the administration for the Sales Team, notably record keeping, customer reports & sales figure analysis, product images/spec information, arranging product samples, records of pricing documents and filing. Involvement in any new projects. - Coordination with Supply Chain Department for production numbers and delivery - Informing the customers regarding production and delivery and all sales process - Execution of the weekly, monthly reporting (turnover, sales, risk, production planning etc.) - To support the VP of Sales in managing the efficiency of the Sales Team. Manage the process of completing and keeping up-to-date Value chain maintenance, pricing documents, Customer Terms Letters - Full responsibility of uploading new customer model set ups with the use of software. Working alongside the Product Development Department on new models and unique selling points, specification details then following through with Value Chain and pricing process. - To provide and assist with any other reasonable requirements that may be requested by members of the Sales team. - Support builder sales with bookkeeping of builder quotes and communication. Requirements - Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Call Kelly Services today at 815-407-0618
