Airtron a subsidiary of Direct Energy is looking for a Contract Specialist to work with external and internal customers by focusing on proper contract entry, maintaining correct status of customer contracts based on payment status, provide support for divisions understanding of contract entry and cancelation of contracts. Provide aggressive outreach to external customers regarding past due accounts, collections and ultimately contract cancelations if necessary.

NRG Services is comprised of various consumer service brands, including Airtron Heating and Air Conditioning, Home Warranty of America, American Water Heater Rental and Goal Zero. NRG Services is powered by over 1,500 employees and generates over $600 million in revenues. NRG Services conducts business in all 50 states as well as various locations in Canada, Europe and Asia.

Responsible for:
All Division website contract entry   
Contract entry for all ESP & EHC contracts sold by call center team members for all divisions within 24hr of payment
Understanding Orbital payment system and taking payments from customers
Building customer records in SL
Building customer profiles in Orbital
Maintaining Contract Tracking – Sold & Cancelled contracts
Canceling any Indy ESP contracts that cancel during the term of the contract
Deleting old quotes – SL clean up
Canceling unused PTU’s – SL clean up
Review all division EHC customer accounts on decline reports produced by home office accounting for payment dates 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd
Documenting EHC Decline report tracking
Changing status of past due accounts on “admin hold”
Mailing post cards & emails to customers on declined reports
Filing contracts per CSR daily electronically
Scanning Contracts  to other divisions and forwarding them to their division
Scanning Cancelation documents
Attempting customer contact via Decline report for all divisions to update / collect past due amounts (minimum 2 hrs per day) Monthly incentive paid on amount collected.
Changing the status of a past due account to “admin hold” if unable to collect
Diligently work to keep customers from canceling any contract
Review and attempt to contact customer for collection that appear on A/R report for all divisions
Assist and support call center by answering the phones as needed
