Senior Account Relations Coordinator

American Fidelity Los Angeles, CA Full Time

Description:

*Travel to employer’s worksite within assigned accounts/territory to build relationships with employers’ benefits personnel and provide dedicated support and problem resolution in order to expedite accurate billing statements and make corrections or adjustments to the billing if warranted. Also assist employees of the employer with filing claims and answering questions.

*Support sales representatives and sales managers in providing quality Customer service and products to employers and their employees within assigned accounts/territory. *Provide support and training at the employers’ worksite to employers’ benefits personnel to maximize understanding and utilization of American Fidelity’s online administrative services and products.

Requirements:

  • Efficient and accurate keyboard skills (computer and 10-key)

  • Basic math and analytical skills

  • Business writing experience preferred

  • Proficiency with PC Windows-based software including Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and open to change

  • May require thorough knowledge of IRS Code Section 125 rules and regulations relating to flexible spending accounts or qualified retirement accounts

  • Ability to multi task

  • Prompt and reliable

  • Proper professional attire

    * Colleague will be provided with a company car, gas card, and credit card.
