Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support the Cardmember Service Group Manager at our Coeur d’Alene Service Center. 

Responsible for performing diverse administrative duties, including the following:
  • Plans and schedules meetings and events. Maintains calendar of appointments. Makes travel arrangements, manages travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements. 
  • Schedules conference rooms and prepares presentations and materials for meetings. 
  • Orders supplies, sorts and delivers mail, and manages additional special projects. 
  • Collects, organizes, inputs, compiles, analyzes and presents information pertaining to operations.
  • Screens telephone calls; receives and directs visitors, and responds to or directs inquiries. Functions as the site’s primary contact for a variety of vendors.
  • Prepares correspondence, memoranda and reports; prepares and distributes minutes of meetings; prioritizes and responds to communications.
  • Assists with fingerprinting new hires. 
  • Serves as the site’s Emergency Response Team (ERT) Coordinator.
  • Performs miscellaneous tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as needed for the division.

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four to five years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
- Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
