Managing sub-contractors and relaying information to developers and project managers. Ensuring that the day-to-day work gets done right in order for projects to be completed in a timely manner.

  • Manage day-to-day field activities to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Lead team with construction project planning and site logistics
  • Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
  • Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and general project staff
  • Adapt to unexpected changes and challenges
  • Quality Control/ Quality Assurance Checks
  • Help develop budgets

Job Offer

A salary range of $100-150K that is sliding dependent on experience and expertise. A full benefits package, including paid leave, 401K match, Health and Dental, and wellness programs.
